Housing a project team in Monterrey's eastern industrial corridor

Guadalupe is a reasonable base for work on the eastern side of the metro area. We are equally clear about which zones it is not a fit for.

Why the eastern corridor changed lodging demand

Manufacturing investment on the eastern side of the metro area brought in a guest profile that barely existed before: commissioning engineers, installation crews, auditors and contractors who stay for weeks rather than nights.

That profile fits badly in a transient hotel. It needs a kitchen, a washer, room for several vehicles, and one point of contact who can adjust dates when the project schedule moves — which it always does.

Guadalupe as a base for eastern work

We are in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, on the eastern side of the Monterrey metro area. For work in the Apodaca corridor, the Pesquería area, or Juárez, N.L., that puts your team on the correct side of the metro from the start of the day.

We deliberately do not publish exact drive times. They depend on the day, the hour and the specific route to your site. Check your real route using the plant or job-site address before you commit.

Where we are NOT the right base

If your project sits at the far western end of the metro area, this is a poor base. Crossing the entire built-up area twice a day at peak hours costs a team far more than it saves in lodging.

We would rather say that before you book. A base on the wrong side of the city gets paid for in team hours, every single day of the project.

What a project team actually uses

The full kitchen, because shifts rarely line up with restaurant hours. The washer, because work clothes get dirty daily. Free parking, because crews almost never arrive in a single vehicle. And self check-in, because nobody lands on schedule.

The house is 3 bedrooms, 5 beds and up to 7 guests, with 1 bathroom. For a team of four or five it works well with staggered mornings; for a larger group on one rigid start time, evaluate that constraint before booking.

The administrative side

Industrial projects almost always mean a company is paying, not an individual. We issue a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI, factura) for the stay — send us the company tax details when you book so the paperwork does not become a loose end at project close.

If the project involves rotating staff through the same house over several weeks, mention it in your first message. It changes how we plan the stay.
