Repeat visits are not a long stay in pieces
A one-month stay and twelve one-week stays look similar on a travel budget and behave very differently on the ground. In a month-long stay the house is yours the whole time. With repeat visits, other guests use it in between, and every return depends on the calendar.
What does stay constant is your company, your people and your billing details. That is the part worth setting up properly once.
Settle these on the first visit
Tax details for the CFDI invoice, the mailbox invoices go to, vendor onboarding if your procurement team requires it, how payment is made, and one named coordinator on each side. If the first stay gets those right, visit two through twelve should not need them again unless something changes.
Your team also learns the house. Self check-in, where things are in the kitchen, how five adults share one bathroom on a workday morning. The second visit is always smoother than the first, which is a real advantage over a different hotel each trip.
Confirm these every time
Availability, first. This is one house, not a block of rooms, so we cannot promise “the second week of every month” in the abstract. What works is sending the visit calendar for the quarter or the year as soon as you have it, so we can check every date in one pass and hold the ones that are open.
Terms are also confirmed by date. Some weeks in the Monterrey metro area are far busier than others. We do not publish rates; with the full calendar we can tell you the current terms for each visit.
What a single house cannot do for you
The house is not held between visits, and leaving tools, PPE or luggage from one month to the next is not part of a stay. If your team needs that, raise it when you enquire rather than assuming it.
It is also not a lease. If the pattern drifts toward three weeks out of every four, compare it against one continuous multi-month stay. We are happy to walk through that comparison with you, including the cases where a continuous stay or a hotel programme is the better answer.
One invoice per visit
Each stay is invoiced for its own dates. For most finance teams that is the cleanest record: one CFDI per trip, matched to that trip’s expense report. If yours wants something different, say so before the first visit.
To start, send the tentative calendar, headcount per visit and where the team will be working. The house is in Guadalupe, on the east side of the metro area, and sleeps up to 7 in 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 1 bathroom. It is most comfortable for four or five.
